RETURNS
YOU CAN RETURN ITEMS TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF HYGIENE INVOLVING HAIR PRODUCTS RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKING WITH LABELS ATTACHED.
LOXX CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN USED, SHOW SIGNS OF USE OR HAVE BEEN FORCEFULLY DAMAGED OR MARKED.

FOR ANY CLIPS THAT ARN’T FUNCTIONING PROPERLY ON DELIVERY OR WITHIN 40 DAYS OF PURCHES, LOXX IS HAPPY TO EXCHANGE LIKE FOR LIKE ONCE THE REFUND FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE RETURN PRODUCT RECEIVED (PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING/RETURN SHIPPING MUST STILL BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER)
